Walter D. Grudi

President

Walt Grudi and his father, Walter A. Grudi, founded Grudi Associates in 1992 to address clients’ needs for a single source of comprehensive telecommunications services. Walt remains on the cutting edge of the telecom field, with a broad background and extensive consulting experience in Wide Area Networking, local & long distance service, cellular/wireless service, telecom billing disputes & resolution and telecom contract negotiation. A key innovation is the creation of Grudi Associates’ Managed Solutions^SM, a special program that optimizes clients’ telecommunications. Walt is among a select group of industry partners chosen to serve on the Partner Advisory Boards of CenturyLink (formerly Embarq), EarthLink (formerly One Communications), Windstream and GLOBALINX. These executive-level groups provide broad recommendations on how to improve services and ensure best practices. Walt holds several certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate – CCNA; BlackBerry® Certification; Verizon Wireless Data Certification; and Qwest Data Certification.

Mike Swalm

Director, Voice & Data Provisioning

Mike is Grudi Associates’ customer and carrier liaison for ordering, delivering and implementing voice & data services. He ensures the timely procurement and seamless implementation of a broad range of local, long distance, data and Internet services, from simple connections to comprehensive, multi-location installations. Mike works closely with clients, carriers and vendors to coordinate new installations. He also escalates repair issues with carriers to ensure timely resolutions. With over a decade and a half of telecom experience and extensive voice & data expertise, Mike utilizes his industry knowledge and savvy to deliver effective solutions for Grudi Associates' customers. In addition, Mike served in the United States Air Force for four years.

Jennifer Campbell

Director, Wireless Services

Jennifer works closely with clients to ensure that they receive the maximum function and benefits from their wireless telecommunications services. In addition to providing extraordinary customer care and billing assistance, she delivers expert technical support to the clients she manages. She also works with leading wireless accessories suppliers to offer customers excellent selection, cost and quality. Jennifer has nearly two decades of industry experience and knowledge of all the major wireless carriers, including Verizon Wireless, AT&T and Sprint. She has played a key role in helping the Grudi team earn numerous industry awards. Jennifer holds Verizon Wireless Data Certification and has received extensive special training.

Shawn Grimes

Director, Managed Solutions

Since joining Grudi Associates in 2004, Shawn has assumed responsibility for coordinating Managed Solutions^SM implementation and ongoing administration, including billing, trouble issues, credits and more. She also meets with clients to plan and assist with custom reporting services. Shawn is also responsible for our secure online company portals. Her background in education and training have proven invaluable in providing efficient, high-quality service to Grudi Associates’ customers. She also worked in customer service for 11 years in the challenging airline industry. Shawn earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg University.

Kelly Grudi

Administrative Coordinator

Kelly is responsible for an array of important functions that keep the office running smoothly and ensure that customers receive prompt, professional assistance. Included in her role is managing accounts receivable for all wireless, voice & data and Managed Solutions customers. She processes invoices, tracks payments and carrier transactions, facilitates collections and provides any assistance customers may need with their accounts. Her experience in customer service and education is an invaluable base for building excellent client relationships and communications. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg University.

Peter C. Buch

Vice President, Wireless Services

Pete’s primary focus is consulting with clients to develop the best solutions for their wireless, voice and data needs. Drawing on his extensive industry experience, he provides a broad range of support and assistance to help customers achieve maximum efficiency, optimal capabilities and cost-effective telecom. Pete has been instrumental in earning numerous industry awards for Grudi Associates in sales, service and customer care. For nearly a decade and a half, he has been maintaining strong, ongoing working relationships with a diverse range of clients. Pete holds numerous certifications including Cisco Certified Network Associate – CCNA; BlackBerry® Certification; Verizon Wireless Data Certification; Qwest Data Certification and Cable & Wireless Data Certification and many more. He attended Kutztown University, with a concentration in business administration.

Steve Harelson

Regional Manager, Wireless Services

Steve draws on his broad telecom background to assist wireless, voice and data clients in selecting and implementing the right solutions for their individual needs. With over a decade of telecom experience, he is highly skilled in understanding unique customer challenges and identifying the best packages of services and providers for each company. He also provides ongoing support to clients, helping to optimize their telecom services. As a result, Steve has developed a strong and loyal customer base for Grudi Associates. Prior to entering the telecom field, Steve’s drive, skill and determination led to his being drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. He holds BlackBerry® Certification, Verizon Wireless Data Certification and other credentials.

Steven D. Kelly

Vice President, Voice & Data Services

Steve is responsible for the sales, development and implementation of Grudi Associates’ Voice & Data Services. He works with current and potential customers to determine the best combination of voice & data solutions for their individual needs and then ensures proper implementation. He brings a decade of wide-ranging telecommunications experience with such industry leaders as ChoiceOne Communications, BTI Telecom, AT&T and others. Steve also served in the United States Air Force, including a four-year tour of active duty in Vietnam, where he was an interpreter and cryptologist.

Neil Weber

Regional Manager, Voice & Data Services

Neil brings exceptional telecom experience to Grudi Associates, enabling him to offer innovative, highly-effective solutions for diverse telecommunications needs. He takes a consultative approach to assisting clients, developing flexible options that focus on key priorities and capabilities. In addition to having an excellent background with major telecom companies, Neil was a professional baseball player with the Montreal Expos, Arizona Diamondbacks, LA Dodgers, Cincinnati Reds and Baltimore Orioles, where he acquired a strong team orientation and winning spirit.  He attended Penn State University, Cuesta College in California and University of Phoenix, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Mr. Walter A. Grudi is a founding partner of Grudi Associates. He offers Walt and his team advice and counsel based on over 45 years of independent business ownership and management. Through his career with Jostens' Scholastic Division, Mr. Grudi was consistently recognized as one of Jostens Top independent sales representatives nationwide.
